2023, a year of Unimec Citius: here's how Unimec is even "faster" in customer service

Since January 2022, Unimec Triveneto has evolved into Unimec Citius, in order to even better support our headquarters in Usmate Velate by providing all customers with a distribution center for Unimec mechanical screw jacks, bevel gearboxes and mechanical speed modulators.

A year has passed since then, and in these 12 months Unimec Citius has excellently kept up with the feature that is also in its name (the Latin Citius means "faster"), coming to deliver the most urgent orders even within a few days: an absolute excellence for our industry!

Unimec Citius is like a sister site to Unimec Usmate Velate, but located just over 125 miles away.

The large warehouse space it has is used to store Unimec's standard material and locally produced components, so as to manage the pace of production even more efficiently and ensure fast deliveries.

In addition, the presence of a specialized technical staff and production machines enable Unimec Citius to carry out assembly and assembly on demand, and also to handle some types of mechanical machining needed by customers independently, further reducing response times.

Unimec customers have also been able to find in Unimec Citius a high-level technical and commercial service, always able to accompany and advise in the choice of the most suitable solution according to specific integration needs.

The efficiency of this branch is also a consequence of its internal organization, which is due to the manager, Stefano Berti.

At the heart of the project is an ambitious strategic plan that has been rewarded by results: to grow one step at a time and to structure itself starting from the solid foundation and vertical experience gained in the Veneto and Emilia regions and then casting its gaze over the entire national dimension.

"After many years of working as a local partner, during which we had the opportunity to grow under the large protective wing of a giant like Unimec, the size of our branch and the structure we were able to build within the company allowed us to propose ourselves to Unimec as a service center capable of handling urgent deliveries as well," explains Stefano Berti.

"With Unimec there is a relationship of absolute trust and total collaboration that allows the entire group to manage with absolute timeliness up to fast deliveries, for the entire national territory and also in a historical phase like this one in which guaranteeing such a service is complicated for many other realities."

Having completed the initial phase of this new organizational and distribution structure, in 2023 Unimec with Unimec Citius is ready to better handle the demands of all customers from all parts of Italy.
